NAO Landscapes delivered a comprehensive hard and soft landscaping package at Fulham Reach for Berkeley Group, working alongside landscape architects Randall Thorp. The project combined public realm and private residential landscaping, including a podium and outdoor spaces for four townhouses.

Our works brought together natural stone paving, benches, planters and soft planting to create a cohesive landscape across the development’s shared and private spaces. Natural stone and precast cladding and copings, resin-bound gravel and a rendered wall provided a range of finishes, while landscape feature lighting and street lighting were integrated throughout the scheme.

The podium package included mechanical expansion joints, alongside the installation of mansafe systems and abseil points. A sedum green roof and living green walls introduced planting at different levels, complementing the trees and soft landscaping elsewhere in the development.

A water feature provided an additional focal point within the landscape. The four private townhouses also received Grillo outdoor kitchens and pergolas, extending the landscaped living space into the residents’ private gardens.

With works spanning public realm, elevated spaces and individual homes, Fulham Reach required coordination across a varied range of construction details, specialist installations and planting. The project demonstrates NAO’s ability to deliver a comprehensive landscape package that combines high-quality finishes with the technical requirements of complex residential developments.
