NAO Landscapes Secures Prestigious Landscaping Contract for King’s Road Park Phase 2

NAO Landscapes has been awarded the hard and soft landscaping contract for Phase 2 of the King’s Road Park development by the Berkeley Group. This project is a significant milestone, transforming a hidden gem of London’s heritage into a new, sustainable neighbourhood within the Chelsea Design District.

Located just 60 metres from the iconic King’s Road and close to the River Thames, King’s Road Park is situated in one of south-west London’s most desirable areas. Positioned in Zone 2 and only a 10-minute walk from both an Underground and Overground station, this prime address offers exceptional connectivity and easy access to the best of what London has to offer.

As the final project of its scale in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area, King’s Road Park is set to deliver over 1,800 homes, restore two Grade II listed buildings, and create 100,000 square feet of commercial space. This space will house a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and offices, contributing to a dynamic and thriving community.

NAO Landscapes, a longstanding partner of the Berkeley Group, will handle the comprehensive landscaping package for Phase 2. Their work will include the landscaping around the entrance to the residents’ facilities and the outdoor space surrounding one of the two Grade II listed buildings. This contract underscores NAO Landscapes’ reputation for excellence and their commitment to enhancing urban environments.

The natural environment takes centre stage at King’s Road Park. At its heart is a beautiful park, surrounded by inspiring green and open spaces designed for everyone to enjoy. These landscaped areas provide a serene escape from urban life, promoting well-being and community engagement. Complementing these green spaces is a bustling retail hub, featuring a diverse array of restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it the perfect place to meet friends and socialise.

NAO Landscapes is thrilled to continue its long-standing relationship with the Berkeley Group, having collaborated on numerous successful projects over the years. Their expertise in creating stunning, sustainable landscapes will play a crucial role in bringing the vision of King’s Road Park to life, ensuring that it becomes a cherished part of London’s urban fabric.
